Juan Manuel Granda Bergese

Composer and Recorder Player. Born in Rosario, Argentina in 1964. Studies at Manuel de Falla Conservatory in Buenos Aires. He studied composition with Jorge Horst and Mariano Etkin. Courses with Francisco kröpfl and Gerardo Gandini (composition), Carmelo Saita (sonology), Julio Viera and Erik Ońa (Orchestration), Gabriel Valverde and Maria del Carmen Aguilar (Musical Analisis) and Federico Monjeau (Musical esthetics).
Since 1999 lives at Barcelona, when he came to assist to a posgraduate course on twenty century music for recorder with Joan Izquierdo. He is a member of the Sforzinda Consort (Early music) and teaches recorder at de school of music of Igualada (Barcelona)
